Roasted chicken Sunday Supper
In this class, Hal Holden-Bache (Lockeland Table) will demonstrate how to properly roast a chicken from beginning to end and how to make a gravy with the carcass. We will also make Yukon mashed potatoes and honey and herb pan roasted heirloom carrots to serve along side the roasted chicken. BYOB

About the event
In this class, we will discuss how to brine, truss and season the chicken, then we will roast the chicken. We will also learn how to make a stock with the carcasses to then make a sauce.
We will serve this with Yukon mashed potatoes that Hal will demonstrate. We will then pan roast heirloom carrots. At the end of the class, we will gather and eat the meal together. Bring your own wine, beer, or other beverage of choice.
