About the event
Celebrate the longest day of the year with an afternoon of movement, deep relaxation, and community at West Glow Farm in collaboration with Alma Movement Studio. This special Summer Solstice gathering includes a 45-minute yoga class followed by a 45-minute sound bath, designed to help you reset, recharge, and soak in the energy of the season.
Come as you are—bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you’d like for extra comfort during the sound bath.
