Sunday Supper: Late Summer Produce Cooking Class
Gather with our community for a masterclass from local resident and chef Hal Holden-Bache from Lockeland Table. In this farm-to-table cooking class we will use ingredients from West Glow Farm to make a beautiful meal to share together at the end of the class. This is a BYOB event.

About the event
Menu:
-Summer macaroni salad made with Nicoletto‘s ziti and West Glow Farm produce. Macaroni salad will be served on top of a thick slice of tomato
-Pan roasted gulf shrimp with romesco butter and yellow squash, ribbon pasta
-Hal will demonstrate how to pickle okra and talk about preserving some of summer for later use
