Sunday Supper: Spring Produce Cooking Class
Gather with our community for a masterclass from local resident and chef Hal Holden-Bache from Lockeland Table. In this farm-to-table cooking class we will use ingredients from West Glow Farm to make a beautiful meal to share together at the end of the class. This is a BYOB event.

About the event
The menu for this class will include:
*Braised greens with Gifford‘s bacon served with cornbread and apple butter
(kale, collards, garlic, and turnip greens). Hal will demo this from beginning to end.
*Marinated roasted beet salad
(Beets, Arugula, fennel, radish, and peas, vinaigrette) Hal will demo roasting beets, then peeling them while they’re still warm.
*Steamed pork shumai dumplings with ninja sauce
