Sunday Supper: Summer Produce Cooking Class
Gather with our community for a masterclass from local resident and chef Hal Holden-Bache from Lockeland Table. In this farm-to-table cooking class we will use ingredients from West Glow Farm to make a beautiful meal to share together at the end of the class. This is a BYOB event.

Menu:
Small tomato Caprese salad with a demonstration for how to make fresh mozzarella. Also served with fresh basil, mineral rich salt, fresh black pepper, extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Roasted zucchini lasagna with local ground beef Bolognese, a demonstration for how to make fresh ricotta, topped with fresh herbs from the farm.
Cucumber & mint sorbet, honey drizzle.
