Gather with our community for a masterclass from local resident and chef Hal Holden-Bache from Lockeland Table. In this farm-to-table cooking class we will use ingredients from West Glow Farm to make a beautiful meal to share together as a class. This is a BYOB event.

Baked brie with praline pecans and orange marmalade
lavash and toasted baguette for dipping
Italian beef empanada (sirloin)
Gardinaria, provolone, Au Jus (to dip)
